06 / UX/UI Design

Complex products. Clear experiences.

We design user experiences and interfaces for software, applications and websites. We connect what the product needs to do with what people need to understand and use.

THE VALUE

Before drawing a screen, understand its purpose.

Users, objectives and information are our starting point. UX/UI translates them into journeys, hierarchies and prototypes for discussion: a way to make decisions explicit before and during development.

Shared decisions

Flows and prototypes provide a concrete reference for discussing features and priorities.

Consistency across the product

Components and visual rules help keep different areas of the product clear and understandable.

A clearer handover to development

States, behaviours and constraints can be discussed with the people implementing the product.

POSSIBLE APPLICATIONS

Where it can make a difference.

Each scenario is assessed against your project’s needs and constraints.

New digital products

Define the first release of an app or software platform.

Interfaces that need rethinking

Review complex journeys, unclear information and actions that are difficult to find.

Content-rich websites

Organise services, resources and events around the needs of different audiences.

THE SCOPE

What we build together.

These activities form the basis of the proposal. Features, materials and responsibilities are defined for each project.

01 / Context and journeys

Analyse objectives, users and tasks; map priority journeys.

02 / Architecture and wireframes

Structure information and represent features before defining the visual design.

03 / Interfaces and prototypes

Design screens, components and prototypes of the agreed flows.

04 / Handover and technical collaboration

Development materials and guidance, reviewing states, responsive adaptation and behaviours.

OUR APPROACH

From context to a concrete project.

01

We listen

We gather objectives, constraints and information about the people who will use the product.

02

We plan

We build journeys and wireframes before defining interfaces.

03

We review

We review prototypes and decisions with project stakeholders; any user sessions are agreed separately.

04

We support

We share the design with developers and address the implementation details within the agreed scope.

PROJECT CHOICES

Design in conversation with the product.

We work on information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes and design systems. Deliverables and detail are defined according to the product stage and the needs of the people developing it.

FROM OUR PORTFOLIO

Our work, in context.

Interfaces from the INDICAM website UX/UI redesign.

INDICAM

A UX/UI redesign of the institutional website, focusing on content architecture, navigation and access to association activities.

iCompany visual system and brand applications.

iCompany

A visual system built around the existing logo and a website organising events, news, contests and institutional content.

BEFORE WE START

The questions that matter.

They are connected disciplines. Brand identity defines a brand’s visual language; UX and UI organise product journeys and interfaces. We can coordinate them within one project, with distinct objectives.

Design and development involve distinct activities. The proposal clarifies whether the engagement includes both or whether the design will be handed over to another team.

Methods, participants and evaluation objectives must be agreed. This page does not automatically include a research or user testing programme.

LET’S TALK

Which step makes your product difficult to use?

Tell us about your users, the journey to improve and project constraints. If the product already exists, share an overview of how it works.

For the first discussion, share your objective, context, timeline and approximate budget. We will get back to you to explore the project and define the next steps.

The button opens a draft in your email app. You can complete and review it before sending.
