A UX/UI redesign to bring clarity to content, events, and association activities.
INDICAM is an association committed to fighting counterfeiting and protecting intellectual property. Blu Lab’s project focuses on renewing the user experience of its institutional website, with particular attention to content structure, navigation, and interface consistency.
Different audiences, connected content
The website serves member companies, professionals, and institutional stakeholders. It needs to introduce the association while also providing access to events, initiatives, insights, and resources.
This variety is the starting point for our work: helping each visitor find the right path, so that a broad range of content remains easy to navigate.
Information architecture before screen design
The project puts the organization of information first. Reviewing user journeys and content hierarchies comes before designing individual interfaces, ensuring that the redesign also meets a functional need.
The aim is to make the relationship between who INDICAM is, what it does, and the opportunities it offers for learning and participation clearer to its audiences.
A modern experience that preserves credibility
The UX/UI direction preserves the association’s institutional character. The project evolves its digital presence with a contemporary visual language that remains consistent with its identity and audiences, without undertaking a complete rebrand.
The design also considers mobile browsing, with attention to readability and visual hierarchy.
Making room for events and content
Events, initiatives, and in-depth content are central to the project. The structure provides dedicated paths to highlight them and connect them with the association’s institutional presentation.
The intended outcome is a website that combines INDICAM’s credibility with a clear user experience: a structure that presents the association and supports ongoing access to its activities.
